Booking and Payment
- Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once the full payment has been received and
you have received a confirmation email.
- Pricing: All prices are in USD and include relevant taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards via Airwallex.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00) WITA.
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM (11:00) WITA.
- Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability.
Guest Responsibility
- Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- No Smoking: Prohibited inside buildings; permitted in outdoor areas only.
- Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.
- Prohibited: Illegal activities, parties, or large gatherings are strictly forbidden.
Liability Limitation
Casa Cleo shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident suffered by guests during their
stay.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction
of the courts in Badung, Bali.
